Android 7.1.2 Nougat

How to manually install the OTA update
If you want to enjoy Android 7.1.2 right now on your Google device you can easily update if you have the ADB tool on your PC, Google drivers, enabled USB Debugging and if you follow the following steps:
The following steps are for updated from Android 7.1.1 Nougat.If you have Android or Developer Preview you will have to install the factory image of Android 7.1.2 to go back version.

Download the OTA file corresponding to our device and save it without decompressing inside the same folder of the ADB.
We connect the Nexus to the computer and in a command window, we execute ADB reboot recovery. When the Android logo appears on the device with the red exclamation, we press Volume up + Power at the same time.
Using the volume keys select apply update from ADB and enter with the Power key.
We write the command ADB sideload (OTA file.zip) from the command window of our computer. For example:
ADB sideload angler-ota-mtc19t-0884ae89.zip
When the update finishes installing we only have to restart the selected device Reboot the system now. This process will leave the device updated respecting our data.
Install the factory image of Android 7.1.2 Nougat
If we want to do a clean install or if we have Android O and want to go back to Android Nougat what we have to do is install the factory image of our device.

Once downloaded the factory image we have to unzip all the files in the ZIP next to the files of the folder platform-tools such that:
In order to install a factory image, we have to have the bootloader unlocked. To do this, turn off the device and turn it on in Bootloader mode by holding down Volume + Power at the same time until the hidden menu is displayed. If you prefer you can also enter the bootloader with the mobile connected to the computer by entering the command ADB reboot bootloader in a command window.
Once inside the Bootloader, and with the device connected to the computer, you just have to enter the fast boot flashing unlock command to unlock the bootloader of the device. This process will remove all data from our device, do a factory restore.
With the bootloader already unlocked, we just have to execute the following command to install the factory image:
Flash-all.bat (Windows) or flash-all.sh (Mac or Linux)
Once the file is executed, it is only necessary to wait for the process to finish. When our device has rebooted to the new version we can safely remove the USB cable. This process also erases all data from our device.
