HTC U12 will be the next flagship smartphone of the Taiwanese firm. It did not appear in the MWC 2018 (officially) as did another top of the range as LG G7 (perhaps not to coincide with the Galaxy S9), but it seems a prototype was presented in private events that now comes filtered from Asian media pointing to a launch in April.
The smart mobile market is complicated, saturated in some regions and with impossible prices in the high range.
Users are increasingly holding their terminals, sales go down and fewer manufacturers do business pressured by Chinese producers and the two big ones, Samsung and Apple.
HTC is one of those companies that has fallen a lot in sales and the HTC U12 aims to recover ground betting on a format of “all-screen” aspect ratio 18: 9, in a size of 5.99 inches with QHD + resolution and curve on the “Edge” sides.
