First renders of the Moto Z4 Play, which would still have Moto Mods and notch with drop shape

Thanks to incessant leaks we have been able to see all the Moto G, but of the Moto Z, we do not have as much information from the mysterious Odin that it was rumored that it could be the Moto Z4. Now we have the first unofficial images of what the Moto Z4 Play would look like.

These are renders created by OnLeaks, known for generating images from filtered original designs that could well go through official images. They are not, so take it more as an indication of what they might look like.

With a little notch and Moto Mods

As you can see in the images and in the previous video, the Moto Z4 Play would still be compatible with Moto Mods.

Although this implies certain limitations in the design of the terminal (whose dimensions have remained unchanged since the original Moto Z), the screen finally eats the entire front with a notch in the form of a drop, like the Moto G7.

On the back are the single-lens camera and the brand’s logo, which in this case will not be the fingerprint reader (logical choice, as it would be covered when a Moto Mod was placed on top). Instead, it is speculated that there might be a fingerprint reader under the screen.

We are therefore facing a screen of approximately 6.2 inches with dimensions of 158 x 75 x 7.25 mm (not counting the camera), front and rear cameras of a lens, USB-C connector and headphone connection.

It also helps us to deduce that the Moto Mod will continue to be present safely in the rest of Moto Z models for 2019.
