Samsung boasts battery, storage and power in Galaxy Note 9 teasers

Having a mobile that is just right in specifications is very frustrating and Samsung knows it. This seems to be the point of sale of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, the most premium Samsung premium that we will know on August 9, although Samsung is already raising the expectation with three short videos.

These videos, released under the slogan of “a lot can change in a day”, do not show at any time the Galaxy Note 9, but another hypothetical mobile with little battery, space, and power.

The videos make you a summary of how frustrating it is to live with such a mobile phone, leaving the door open for you to imagine a better life, Galaxy Note 9 in hand.

Having a small battery stinks

The first video is played by the battery and how frustrating it is when it is not enough. It shows a user using a phone that is not technically recognizable but tries to simulate an iPhone. As the battery is discharged, the user must reduce the brightness, close applications or connect an external battery.

No one talks about how the battery of the Galaxy Note 9 will be better, although it seems that two years after the “scare” of the Note 7, Samsung already dares to increase the battery. The first rumors spoke of a capacity of 3,300 mAh, which is not too impressive, although a subsequent certification confirmed us, in theory, the 4,000 mAh, which would be more to boast.

Having little space is horrible

Those who have had or have a mobile with 8 GB of storage (or less) know how frustrating it is when you do not have enough space and the whole system starts to fail: you can not save new photos, you can not update apps and you basically have to start to erase everything desperately to survive the day. All this is represented in the second video teaser, starring the storage space.

In this case, the latest rumors talk that the Galaxy Note 9 will have versions of 64, 128 and 256 GB, which are not in themselves too impressive (they are the same as the Galaxy Note 8), but would still include microSD card, something that many rangetops have long since left behind.

And a slow mobile puts your patience to the test

The last video is a bit more abstract because it talks about a slow phone but not exactly in what sense. It seems to be more a mix of slow speed Internet connection, in addition to power altogether.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 almost certainly will be powered by Snapdragon 845 / Exynos 9810, which is the brain mounted on basically all the range bumps of the year.

Thus, in this aspect, there seems to be little reason to boast unless it is done against those of a lower range. As for RAM, the rumors speak of versions with 6 and 8 GB of RAM.
